Shipping and Returns Policy

1 Shipping

  1. Domestic Shipping (Within Ghana):

    • We provide shipping services for orders within Ghana. The delivery time may vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose. After payment confirmation, orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day. For instance, if you placed an order on Saturday, the processing would commence on Monday.

    • Delivery fees are determined during checkout based on the chosen shipping method. We partner with dependable courier services to guarantee the safety of your order.

  2. International Shipping:

    • At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Ghana.

2 Returns

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • We take utmost care in packaging and quality control. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, kindly contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund according to your preference.

    • Any complaints about product defects after 24 hours of receipt may not be considered.

    • To initiate a return, please provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number to our customer service team or via WhatsApp.

  2. Incorrect Items or Order Issues:

    • If you receive an incorrect item or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you receive the correct items.

  3. Change of Mind:

    • We do not accept returns for products due to change of mind by a customer.

    • We understand that making a purchase decision can be a difficult task sometimes, but we kindly ask you to carefully consider your purchase before making a final decision.

    • However, if the product you received is damaged, we encourage you to contact our customer support team immediately so that we can assist you in resolving the issue, in accordance to Section 2.2 above.

  4. Return Shipping Costs

    • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
